COOKING POT
Frico FC-DC176es Induction Cooker is operated and controlled by magnetic circuit, using the electromagnetic vibration to generate heat directly in the pot to cook foods. Therefore, the cooking pot must be made from stainless-steel material with many layers or the pot bottom must be made from special stainless-steel material which is suitable for the induction cooker. The cooking pot must have a long and flat bottom.
Glass, ceramic, earthenware, aluminum, copper, non-magnetic steel cookware or cooking pots with a curved or concave bottom and less than 10 cm in diameter should not be used. These types of pots will not heat on the induction cooker or have low heat generation efficiency which make heat generated is not enough, cause the coil of the stove to heat up, causing danger to the pots (short circuit, fire).
The induction cooker will only reach its highest productivity and cause heat loss at the lowest level only when using the appropriate cooking pots.
